Aluminum pentagon blanks sheets are not standard pentagon blanks, it is normally used for making directional signs, Aluminum Directional Signs,Triangle Road Direction , back ground painted with white color, the triangle direction is the road direction.


 
Western countries normally adopt 5052, 5754, 5454 hard alloy to make such pentagon blanks, but cost in higher side. Other countries usually adopt 3003 and 1100 alloy to make it, which cost in rather lower side.

Holes punching: Standard hole diameter: 3.175mm, 4.76mm, 6.35mm, 7.94mm, 9.53mm, 12.7mm,  centered top and bottom, custom holes, or no holes.
Radius corners:  9.53mm, 12.7mm, 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 38.1mm, 47.63mm, 57.15mm, 76.2mm
