Making process of heat transfer metal sign: editing
 
The treatment of base paper - > printing protection layer - > printing pattern layer - > printing luminescence layer - > printing covering layer - > printing adhesive layer - > drying - > packaging.
 
1) Protective layer. Using 300 mesh screen printing once transparent heat transfer ink (if the ink viscosity is too high, diluent can be used to dilute to the appropriate viscosity), the entire pattern of transparent printing ink, mainly used to protect the pattern layer, so that the pattern has wear resistance, wash resistance, chemical resistance, and play a role in positioning the pattern. Natural air drying or low temperature drying can be used.
 
2) pattern layer. The pattern layer can be printed once with heat transfer color ink. The number of screen meshes used is 300 meshes. The viscosity can be adjusted by diluent according to the actual situation. Printing order is mainly based on the color from dark to light. Attention should be paid to accurate positioning in order to avoid offset when reprinting luminous patterns. Natural air drying or low temperature drying can be used.

3) Luminescent layer. The luminescent material and transparent heat transfer ink were mixed into luminescent ink at a ratio of 1:1, and the viscosity was adjusted by diluent.
 
Using 100-200 mesh screen printing, the number of times of printing is determined according to the luminous brightness. The luminous brightness is high, the number of times of printing is large, the luminous brightness is low, and the number of times of printing is small. Generally, printing twice can meet the requirements. Natural air drying or low temperature drying can be used.
 
4) Overburden. Because of the use of light-emitting materials to print patterns, white reflective layers must be printed after the patterns to increase the personalized effect. We use white heat transfer ink to cover the whole pattern with screen printing with a printing protective layer. Natural air drying or low temperature drying can be used.
 
5) Adhesive layer. Finally, the hot-melt adhesive layer is printed once with 100-200 mesh screen, so as to cover the whole pattern. It is mainly used to bond patterns and fabrics. Natural air drying or low temperature drying can be used.
 
6) The packing of the sign. The heat transfer mark after drying is packed with packaging film and placed flat.

Screen printing can improve production efficiency several times and save a lot of auxiliary materials and energy.
